·       Startup FTK Roll-out project at Moscow – 1 month.

·       Regional NSN manager of two project regions Kaluga and Briansk / operator MTS Russia.

·       Close work with operator in Regions: Technical Director, Head of network department, SA and Engineering staff, work meetings, negotiations, solving of many kind project needs and questions.

-       to control over construction works which should be done under Astelit and Nokia standards and time schedules;

-       to hold negotiations with subcontractors, to plan CW activities including power supply, to coordinate CW subcontractors work;

-       to coordinate pre-construction activities together with SA + permit coordinator;

-       to participate in TSS visit with planers;

-       to prepare TSSR  CW part of report;

-       to organize kick-off meeting;

-       to check bill of quantities prepared by subcontractors;
